FAIRFIELD, Conn. – John L. (Jack) Anderson, 83, of Fairfield, died Monday, June 15 at Bridgeport Hospital.
Born in Mount Vernon, New York, he was educated through the Mount Vernon public schools and received an electronic degree in advanced technology from the RCA Institute of Technology. He was employed by Bunker Ramo, where he was in charge of product development and served as laboratory supervisor. He enjoyed boating on Long Island Sound.
There are no immediate survivors. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 7 at 10 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, Fairfield. Interment will follow in Long Ridge Union Cemetery, Stamford. Connecticut. Friends may gather Tuesday, July 7 at 9 a.m. at the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Pius X Church, 834 Brookside Drive, Fairfield, CT 06824.
