Julia Millstein, 84, Former Fairfield Resident

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Julia Baena Millstein of West Palm Beach, formerly of Fairfield, died Saturday Nov. 8. She was 84.

Millstein was born in Bronx, N.Y., to Nissim and Matilda Baena. She worked in the family business, Baena Bros., until she retired in 1997 and moved to Florida.

Millstein is survived by her daughters, Renee (Ira) Jacobs, Ellen (Joel) Rothwax, Sheryl Berkowitz; sister, Rita (Len) Fintzy; brother, Irwin (Ann) Baena; 11 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Irwin Millstein.

Services will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 from The Abraham L. Green and Son Funeral Home, 88 Beach Road in Fairfield, with interment following at Loyalty Cemetery on Burroughs Road in Fairfield. Shiva will be observed at the Rothwax residence in Fairfield following services through Sunday, Nov. 16.
