FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Mary Ann Jimmie of Fairfield died Oct. 19 at the Fairview of Fairfield in Southport. She was 98.
Jimmie was born in Southport and was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the Ladies Guild at St. Emery's Church in Fairfield and a member of the Rug Hooker's Society.
She is survived by a son, John Kochiss, of Fairfield; three daughters, Mary Lou Kochiss, of Orange, Conn., and Shirley Roviello and Kathleen Cioffi, both of Fairfield; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson, Jay Cioffi.
Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at the Larson Funeral Home in Bridgeport. A service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. And a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Emery's Church. Burial will follow at Lawncroft Cemetery in Fairfield.
