WESTPORT, Conn. – Michael "Spike" James Fritchman of Donalds, S.C., and formerly of Westport, died Sept. 26 in Greenwood, S.C. He was 63.
Born Feb. 12, 1949, in Rochester, N.Y., he was a son of Marvin LeGrande and Elizabeth Louise Price Fritchman. He lived most of his life in Westport, where he worked in several local restaurants, including the now closed Glynn's on Post Road East.
