BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - Robert Sondersted of Bridgeport, formerly of Fairfield, died Tuesday, June 10. He was 68.
Sondersted was born in Bridgeport, to Paul and Lena Sondersted, he was a graduate of Roger Ludlowe High School, class of 1964. He was a longtime Fairfield and Bridgeport resident.
Sondersted is survived by his cousins, Maureen Shea of Huntington, John Donovan of Oxford and Donald Shea of Boulder, Colo.; and friend, John Thornton of Bridgeport. He was predeceased by his parents.
Calling hours are Friday, June 13 from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. A Memorial Service will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, June 13 at the Shaughnessey Banks Funeral Home, 50 Reef Road in Fairfield Center. Interment to follow in Mt. Grove Cemetery.
