FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Vincent A. Ansaldi, formerly of Fairfield, died Nov. 15. He was 84.
Ansaldi served in the Army with the 43rd Division during the Korean War. He graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, N.Y., and retired as an award-winning advertising art director. In addition to being an avid gardener, Ansaldi enjoyed traveling the world with his wife of 59 years, Barbara.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Barbara (Donald) Izzo, of Milford, Conn.; a brother, Andrew Ansaldi, of Flushing, N.Y.; two grandsons and two great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Wilton. Burial will be private. Edmund W. Dougiello Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
