To the editor:

Perhaps one of the best attributes of the Town of Fairfield is its overwhelming dedication of volunteers — from civic, neighborhood, school, church and to the Fairfield governing body.

Town government encompasses dedicated residents to police, fire, recreation commissions and to the largest volunteer body, the RTM.

Residents will vote this November for selectmen and town clerk and for Representative Town Members from each district.

As a lifelong resident of Fairfield and District 9, I support William Perugini’s bid for his second term as RTM Representative.

Bill is dedicated to not only the welfare and challenges of the Beach Neighborhood but to the entire town.

That volunteer commitment is reflected in many ways, to name few: Board Member of the Fairfield Republican Town Committee and Fairfield Beach Residents Association, Vice Chairman, Fairfield Representative Town Meeting Public Health and Safety Committee, State of CT Dept. of Public Health, Arthritis Action Plan Committee Member, U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security and USCG Ffld. Flotilla 77 Active Member.
