Bridgeport Police: MA Tourists Broke Into Shuttered Majestic Theater

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A trio of Massachusetts tourists found inside the shuttered and soon-to-be-renovated Majestic Theater was arrested Thursday morning, the Connecticut Post reported.

Police found Ryan Mello, 33, of Quincy, and Joseph Mollica, 21, of Berlin, in the darkened theater’s lobby, the Post said.

John Mooney, 35, of Taunton, was hiding in the balcony, the Post said.

Each was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.
