When police arrived, they reported that there were two men and one woman fighting in the parking lot. The officers asked for names and the woman reportedly gave a false name and began to give false information to the police.

She finally told police her name was Jacqueline Alley, 36 of Danbury, and that she had lied to the officer because she knew there was an active warrant for her arrest after a disorderly conduct charge.

Police charged Alley with interfering with an officer and failure to appear in the second degree. She was held on a total $2,000 bond and released with a court date of May 19.
