FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Fairfield woman was arrested early Monday after she keyed a car and smashed glass panes in a home door after a fight with her boyfriend, police said.

Nina Studioso-Rodriguez, 23, of Garden Court, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in the 3 a.m. incident, police said.

Police said the couple was planning to hang out at his home after she left her mother’s bar for the night. Once there, they got into a verbal fight that escalated with Studioso-Rodriguez keying the victim’s car hood and breaking glass in his door, police said.

The damage to the car and door was estimated at $800.

Studioso-Rodriguez was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 27, police said.
