Angela Conklin, 52, and Andrew Vossler, 48, both of Palamar Drive, were arguing in their home at 11:20 a.m., police said. She scratched him across the chest and he left and attempted to drive away, according to the police report.

She jumped on the hood of the car and neighbors on Palamar, Home Fair Drive and High Ridge Road called police to report a woman clinging to the hood of a moving car, police said.

Conklin returned home, where officers questioned her and then located Vossler and questioned him, police said.

Conklin was arrested on charges of breach of peace and third-degree assault. Vossler was charged with breach of peace. Each was released on a promise to appear in court Feb. 1.
