Fairfield Man Charged With Violating Protective Order

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - A local man was held on $25,000 bond after Fairfield police charged him with violating a protective order early Thursday.

Fairfield Police charged Scott Marsillo, 20, with violation of a protective order and held him on $25,000 bond.

On Nov. 8 was issued

A protective order was issued Nov. 8 ordering Scott Marsillo, 20, to stay away from a home on Overlook Avenue in Fairfield after a fight there. The order stated he was not to enter or be at the house. 

The next night he returned to the house to get his jacket to keep warm and cellphone, he told police during a later interview.

Police charged Marsillo with violation of a protective order and held him on $25,000 bond. He was taken to court Thursday morning. No information regarding his appearance was available.
