FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Bridgeport man was arrested in Fairfield after he was found in possession of more than three pounds of PCP Monday, police said.

Giraud Dickson, 33, of Barnum Avenue, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, police said.

The Fairfield Police Detectives Bureau intercepted a parcel containing the powerful hallucinogen as it was being delivered to a business on Kings Highway, police said. Dickson, who is a courier for the business, took the package into his possession and was arrested by police shortly after as he was trying to get into his car, police said.

Dickson was held on $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on Feb. 9, police said.
