Terence Roach, 85, of Bennett Street, received a misdemeanor summons for making an improper left turn when he tried to turn onto Bond Street from the southbound lane and hit an oncoming car driven by a 35-year-old Bridgeport man, police said.
Both men were transported to St. Vincent’s Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
