The two 53-year-old men were found clinging to a rock in the water off Black Rock Harbor near Seaside Park, the Connecticut Post reported. Their 17-foot fishing boat was overturned and partially submerged about 150 feet away from where marine officers found them, according to the Connecticut Post.

Police told the Connecticut Post that sea and wind conditions contributed to the capsizing of the boat, and that the men were not equipped with flotation devices. The two men were uninjured in the incident, according to the Connecticut Post.
