Fairfield U. Student Busted On Pot-Selling Charges

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Police charged a 20-year-old Fairfield University student with selling marijuana on Tuesday, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

The townhouse of Joseph Flanagan of Parsippany, N.J., was searched by campus security because of credible reports that he was dealing pot, the Citizen said. Security seized 3.5 grams of marijuana, plastic bags, a scale and other drug paraphernalia, the report said. 

Flanagan turned himself in to Fairfield Police, and he was charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, the Fairfield Citizen reported.
