FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield woman charged with having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old boy in her New Canaan church youth group also worked as a longtime substitute teacher, according to Patch.com.
New Canaan Police released new information about the youth group leader who was arrested for having a relationship with a minor.
Photo Credit: FilePolice identified Morgan V. Frawley, 25, of 272 Soundview Ave., Fairfield, as a substitute teacher in the Fairfield schools, although there was no evidence that her inappropriate relationship extended beyond the one boy, Patch.com reported.
