Four More Unlocked Cars Broken Into In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Four Fairfield residents contacted the police Tuesday morning reporting that their cars had been broken into overnight.

Two houses on Valley Road reported that their unlocked cars were broken into. One resident said that nothing was taken from their car, but the second reported that a $200 iPod was taken and clothing that had been in the car was spread in the backyard.

A house on Wilson Street reported that a black purse that had been in an unlocked car in the driveway was found outside the car in the grass and $75 in cash was taken.

On Lu Manor Drive a car had been entered, but nothing was taken.
