BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Bridgeport Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man suspected in a commercial robbery at Checkers Convenience Store, located at 233 North Ave.

The man is not believed to be local to Bridgeport, and could possibly be from the Naugatuck Valley area up the Route 8 corridor, past Waterbury, police said.
