Security officers noticed Christopher Falcioni, of Kathy Drive, in a car near the university’s Barlow Road gate, which would have been closed at that hour, police said.
Officers noticed he had his foot on the brake and, when they awoke him, he lifted his foot and the car rolled into the gate, police said. There was no damage.
Falcioni failed field sobriety tests and he was charged with driving under the influence, police said. His son came to pick him up, police said.
Falcioni was released on $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.
Police did not know why Falcioni was on the university campus.
