The victim reported he had arranged to meet two acquaintances at a Cliff Street Laundromat about an ongoing feud, police said. After fighting for a while, the man asked the two others for forgiveness, and then agreed to go with the others to a nearby house, according to his report to police.

While at the house, one suspect pulled out a knife and threatened to kill him if he called the police, the report said. The other suspect then pulled out a hammer and two facsimile handguns, according to the report. The two men then blocked the victim’s vision and beat him with the guns and hammer, he told police.

The victim and the two suspects then went outside to Bouton Street, where the victim began yelling for help, police said. One of the two suspects then bit him during a struggle, before a nearby resident came out and yelled at the group, according to the police report. The resident told officers he saw three men fighting and two had run off in the direction of Oak Street, police said.

The victim reported that his iPhone 5, a bank card and a small amount of cash were stolen, according to the police report. He described the suspects as two Hispanic men, one short and thin and the other heavy-set, police said. The victim said he knew the men but could not give their names to officers, according to police reports.

The victim was taken to Norwalk Hospital for treatment for minor injuries, including a bite mark on his arm and scrapes to his back and nose, police said. The case is still under investigation by Norwalk Police.
