Philip Grabowski, who lived alone, was found an in-law, police told the Citizen. His death is believed to be due to hypothermia from exposure and was not "suspicious," the Citizen said.
A Navy veteran, Grabowski was an avid saltwater fisherman, enjoyed the state's casinos and liked growing vegetables in his garden, the Fairfield Citizen said.
Police told the Citizen that he hit his head on Wednesday and went under the truck because he was disoriented or cold.
