Tanner Blank, of Rowland Road, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct just before 6:30 p.m., after he found the home’s door locked and called on the victim, who was inside, to open it.

The two argued on the phone and, once inside, Blank held up the two knives and told the victim, “If you touch me, I will kill your reptiles,” police said.

Blank admitted he did get the two knives, but said he made no threats, police said.

Officers did not confirm the presence of any reptiles on the property.

Blank was released on a promise to appear in court on July 17.
