Officers were called to Linux Road after a pizza delivery man reported that a middle-age man yelled obscenities at him as he was walking away from the house, police said. According to the police report, after the delivery man got into his car, the other man got out of his own car and began punching and kicking the delivery car.

When officers arrived, Thomas Golino, 64, said he believed he had witnessed a hand-to-hand drug transaction between the deliveryman and his son and said his son was taking drugs, police said.

Golino was given a misdemeanor summons on a charge of breach of peace and released on a written promise to appear in court Dec. 6.
