FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Fairfield couple's front door policy was too much for a local homeowner, police said.
The homeowner was alarmed by a local couple who reportedly drove by her house several times and inquired about the color of her front door, police said.
The homeowner called police Thursday morning, and police investigated the incidents. When officers caught up the husband, he said he saw how the homeowner could be alarmed, police said.
The couple was just interested in the color of the door because they were building a new house, police said.
Police did not have details on the color of the door.
