His coworker signed for an opened the package, and found what turned out to be approximately one pound of marijuana, according to the police report.
Rosenberg reported to Fairfield Police when he returned to town. He told investigators that the package was supposed to contain paperwork, and denied knowing that marijuana was inside before it was opened, according to the police report.
