FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Three firearms were reported stolen from a Fairfield home on Monday, police say.
A Stratfield Road resident told police he last saw the weapons this past summer and discovered them missing last week, according to police reports. Several family members and workers had access to the home since they were last seen, police say.
The firearms were stored in a padlocked case, according to police reports. The missing weapons were identified as an MP5 9mm rifle, an HK 45mm tactical handgun, and a .22-caliber Walther PP handgun, police say.
