Two Face Charges After Police Bust Loud Parties On Fairfield Beach Road

FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Police shut down two loud parties on Fairfield Beach Road late Saturday, citing two college-age men for disorderly conduct, Fairfield police said.

Nico Panepimto, 22, of Needham, Mass., was charged after officers were called to a house party with about 100 students around 11 p.m., police said. Panepimto, who was hosting the party, told officers that his guests were all seniors, police said. He signed a written promise to appear in court on March 6, police said.

About 15 minutes later, police shut down a second party of about 50 students, police said.

Fernando Arabia, 22, of San Juan, Puerto Rico, said he was hosting the party with his roommates, police said. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 7, police said.

It took about an hour for all the guests to disperse from that event, police said.
