FAIRFIELD, Conn. A woman was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday after she allegedly exposed herself at a CVS Pharmacy in Fairfield, police say.
Employees at the CVS on the Post Road called police at about 1:30 p.m. to report the incident. They said a Hispanic woman in her 40s had lifted up her shirt to expose herself inside the store. Another witness told police the woman had also pulled down her pants on the sidewalk outside the store.
When officers found Cheryl Velazquez, 46, outside the store she was speaking incoherently about an elderly man, according to the police report.
Velazquez was charged with one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. She is due in court on July 10. After being released she was taken to St. Vincents Medical Center for a psychiatric evaluation.
