FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, whose Greenwich estate is on the market, said that Chappaqua's Hillary Clinton could get "20 years in prison" for her email scandal in an interview given to the MSNBC, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Trump uses the example of Gen. David Petraeus, who resigned as CIA director after emails came to light of an affair between him and his biographer.
"For doing 5 percent of what she did, his life has been destroyed," Trump said to MSNBC. "And it goes up to 20 years in prison. It's from one to 20 years for what she did!"
Any penalty Clinton would get if charged is unclear at this point.
