Learn About Fairfield's Revaluation At Informational Presentation

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The next informational presentation on Fairfield's 2015 revaluation will be on Thursday, June 18, at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Fairfield Ludlowe High School, 786 Unquowa Road.

The Town of Fairfield, in conjunction with the current townwide property revaluation for the grand list of Oct. 1, 2015, is continuing to hold informational presentations at various locations throughout town.

The agendas for the meetings being held June through October, will focus on the market analysis and valuation phases of the revaluation and a general discussion of value trends observed since the 2010 revaluation. Individual property values will not be discussed at these meetings. New property values will be announced during November. 

Any property owner wishing to discuss their current values may contact the Assessor’s Office for an appointment at 203-256-3110. 

The dates, times, and locations of all the neighborhood presentations are posted on the town meetings calendar. Click on “assessors revaluation." 

Meeting dates include: 

  • Thursday, June 18
  • Thursday, July 23
  • Thursday, Aug. 20
  • Thursday, Sept. 24
  • Thursday, Oct. 22
