Coldwell Banker Adds Assets Of Bridgeport Realtor

RIDGEFIELD, CONN. -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., announced it has acquired the assets of Century 21Greengarden Realty, Inc. in Bridgeport.

The Bridgeport office and a satellite office in West Haven will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. Mark Greengarden, former president of Century 21 - Greengarden Realty, will take a sales role with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and the 63 sales associates of Greengarden Realty will join the team. The Bridgeport office will merge into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office at 2 Corporate Drive in Trumbull. The firm’s West Haven satellite office will merge into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office at 564 Racebrook Road in Orange. “This acquisition builds on our strategy to strengthen our position in Fairfield County,” said Cathleen F. Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. “The professionals of Greengarden Realty have an excellent reputation in the community and we greatly look forward to working with them.”

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operates approximately 51 offices with more than 2,100 sales associates serving Connecticut and Westchester County.
