The $40,084,321 spending plan comes with a 4.5 percent tax increase or $775.69 per thousand dollars of assessed value for property owners.
Louis Schwartz led five candidates vying for three open seats on the school board with 441 votes followed by Michael Goldman with 428 and Meg Lauer 412.
Voters also approved a proposition to established a $1 capital reserve fund by a vote of 455-161.
