Michael Young, 46, of Barnswallow Road, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order, police said. He posted $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 29.
The Fairfield woman told officers she received a series of text messages from Young, the father of her child, which led her to believe he had been in her home, police said.
