Police responded to the scene in the 1800 block of Montreal Road after the residents noticed a bullet lodged in their television the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 17, according to Anne Arundel County police.

The residents say that they heard a "loud boom" the night before, but did not investigate. The next morning they discovered several bullet holes in the siding and garage doors of their home, with one that had made its way through the garage into the living room, striking the television.

Video footage captured shows an unknown black sedan slowing down outside the home before firing multiple rounds into the residence.

Just an eight minute drive away, another home in Severn was shot by an unknown person, in the 1800 block of Sparrow Court.

Four bullet holes were found in the front window of the home, and several casings were found in the front yard.

Western District detectives are investigating the incident and ask that anyone with information contact them at 410-222-6155 or the Anne Arundel County Police Tip Line at 410-222-4700.
