Child Porn Arrest: Dover Man Nabbed By State Police Following Tip

Dutchess County resident Charles Beisser, age 61, of Dover, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 6.

According to Trooper AJ Hicks, of the New York State Police, the department received a tip setting off an investigation that determined Beisser was in possession of child pornography.

Beisser was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Dover Court on Monday, Nov.13.
