SOUTHPORT, Conn. -- William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Southport agents Chris Titus, Carolyn Sullivan-Brodsky and Cliff Smith will now work together as an agent team serving buyers and sellers in Fairfield, Southport and surrounding communities, and will be known as the TSS Realty Group.
The new team brings a top-producing track record, with Titus having achieved the ranking of No. 1 agent by dollar volume for the company’s Southport brokerage in 2014.
The TSS Realty Group will market itself with the tagline “The Power of Three,” demonstrating to prospective clients the additional benefits they will receive by drawing upon the abilities of three experienced real estate professionals rather than just one.

In addition to being the company’s top producing agent locally, Titus is also the recipient of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s coveted Gold Award for outstanding performance in the industry. Over the course of his 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, the first of which earned him the distinction of being named “Rookie of the Year,” Titus has achieved a total sales volume in excess of $75 million.
Smith’s interest in real estate was sparked by his experience as a real estate investor, a role that has developed in him a deep understanding of all the complexities involved in the buying and selling process. His approach is to deliver the same high level of service for properties at all price points to achieve the best offer in the most timely manner, while tapping into all of the resources provided by the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
Sullivan-Brodsky comes to the real estate industry with previous experience as a model and in garment sales, managing showrooms and later territories nationwide as she worked closely with Tommy Hilfiger and Jhane Barnes.
More recently, she served as the office manager for a prominent Westport plastic surgeon. She brings deep-seated relationships with an affluent clientele from all of her previous professional endeavors and has a strong compassion towards helping people.
