Fairfield Residents Graduate From Bucknell University

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - During the its commencement ceremonies held May 18 in Lewisburg, Pa., Bucknell University conferred 859 bachelor's and 26 master's degrees.

The following Fairfield residents received their degrees:

• Kevin Callahan of Fairfield, a 2010 graduate of Fairfield Warde High School, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

• Emily Hooper of Fairfield, a 2010 graduate of Fairfield Ludlowe High School, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English - Film/Media Studies and Theatre. Hooper received the C. Willard Smith Award for Creative Imagination in the Theatre. She is a member of Alpha Psi Omega national theatre honor society.

• George Kreitler of Fairfield, a 2010 graduate of Middlesex School, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

• Caroline Lutz of Fairfield, a 2010 graduate of Fairfield Warde High School, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.

• Alice McCrory of Fairfield, a 2010 graduate of Fairfield Ludlowe High School, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

• William Pfister of Fairfield, a 2010.0 graduate of Fairfield Warde High School, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology/Biochemistry.

Degrees were awarded for studies in liberal arts and professional programs in engineering, education, management and music.
