Fairfield Schools Staying Closed Wednesday

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield’s students will have at least one more day off from school following Hurricane Sandy. Here’s a list of the school closings that have officially been announced so far:

▪ Fairfield public and parochial schools are closed Wednesday, as originally planned. The school board will make a call Wednesday whether to stay closed longer.

▪ Fairfield Prep is closed Wednesday.

▪ Notre Dame High School is closed Wednesday.

▪ Fairfield Country Day School is closed Wednesday.

▪ Southport’s Eagle Hill School will stay closed Wednesday.

▪ Fairfield University has canceled classes Wednesday. The school plans to reopen business offices Wednesday.

▪ Sacred Heart University’s classes are canceled Wednesday. Offices will stay closed.
