New Haven Symphony Orchestra To Perform 'The Messiah' At SHU In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The New Haven Symphony Orchestra will perform at Sacred Heart University’s Chapel of the Holy Spirit on Friday, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. in Fairfield.

The orchestra, featuring members from the Christ Church Choir led by Jeffrey Douma, will perform Handel’s “The Messiah,” which chronicles the life and death of Jesus Christ.

Tickets for the Nathaniel Adam directed show are $35 for the public; $25 for seniors, faculty and staff; and $10 for students.

The Chapel of the Holy Spirit is located on 5151 Park Ave. in Fairfield.
