Fairfield Rower Helps Norwalk Crew Finish 4th At Nationals

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk-based Connecticut Boat Club finished fourth Sunday in the USRowing Youth National Championships in Sarasota, Fla.

CBC's 4+ team just missed the medal stand with a time of 7:21.308 in the 2,000 meter race. CBC was about three seconds behind the third place finisher.

CBC's team was Natalie Puente of Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich, Kaitlyn Kynast of Ridgefield, New Canaan's Casey Clifford, Darien's Julia Cornacchia and Kassy Bolakis of Fairfield.
