"I look forward to working with [school president] Father Bill [Sangiovanni], [school principal] Chris Cipriano and Rob Bleggi in a collaborative effort to enhance every aspect of the Notre Dame student's high school experience. Partnering with Sacred Heard University is very exciting and should bring immediate positive results for the school and athletic program."
Olayos's hiring comes as a part of Notre Dame's Strategic Plan, Notre Dame 2016: Aspire and Achieve, which includes expansion of the athletic program and improvement of the school's athletic fields.
