BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Snow was still falling at a heavy clip at 10 a.m. Friday in Bridgeport, but the plows were out and streets were passable in the Black Rock neighborhood.
Snow turned Bartram Avenue in Bridgeport into a winter wonderland.
