Wednesday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 27, according to the National Weather Service. But Thursday morning there is a chance of snow before 8 a.m., followed by sleet between 8 and 9 a.m. and rain after 9 a.m. The high will be near 41, with wind chill values between 25 and 35. The chance of precipitation is 100 percent, and new snow and sleet accumulation is expected to be less than a half-inch.

Thursday night there is a 40 percent chance of rain before midnight. Otherwise it will be mostly cloudy with a low around 28 and wind chill values between 20 and 25.

On Friday there is a 20 percent chance of snow after noon, but the day is expected to be partly sunny with a high near 37. Wind chill values will be between 20 and 25. A west wind will blow 13 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.

Friday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 22.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 34. Saturday night there is a 30 percent chance of snow. It will be mostly cloudy, with a low near 30.

New Year's Day will be mostly sunny, with a high near 42. Sunday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 27.
