Sunny Skies Will Give Way To Rain, Thunderstorms In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — It may be sunny and warm on Thursday, but rain and cooler temperatures will return on Friday, according to the National Weather Service.

The chance for precipitation will steadily increase on Friday with thunderstorms possible in the afternoon. High temperatures will be in the mid-60s. Chance of rain is 90 percent. 

Showers will linger on Saturday before noon until gradual clearing leads to some afternoon sun. Highs will be around 71 degrees. 

Sunday will be sunny, but much cooler with a high around 55.
