Providing everything from dentistry and acupuncture to neurofeedback and the state’s only hyperbaric chamber outside a hospital, the father-son team of Mark and Adam Breiner welcome patients with a variety of concerns, including autism, diabetes, Lyme disease, cerebral palsy and sports injuries.

“We really assembled one of the most cutting-edge clinics in the country,” said Dr. Adam Breiner.

The Breiners practiced together in Trumbull for a dozen or more years, but decided to move to Fairfield, where they both live, in part, to be closer to clients, especially those traveling from New York City for their expertise.

Dr. Mark Breiner, a graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry, is a pioneer in the fields of biological and holistic dentistry. He is the author of “Whole-Body Dentistry: A Complete Guide to Understanding the Impact of Dentistry on Total Health.”

His son graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and was the first to combine hyperbaric oxygen therapy and EEG neurofeedback for the treatment of strokes and traumatic brain injuries.

Breiner’s professional team also includes Dr. Elena Sokolova, ND, and David Brady, ND, CCN, author of the new bestseller “The Fibro Fix: Get to the Root of Your Fibromyalgia.”

The Breiners strive to use the latest science in conjunction with the modern art of holistic healing to achieve optimum health.

“I was impressed by the uniqueness of their approach to medicine,” said Fairfield Chamber of Commerce President Beverly Balaz, who toured the facility. “It’s nice to have a practice like this in Fairfield.”

First Selectman Michael Tetreau agreed, noting the varied therapies available at their suite of offices at 501 Kings Highway East.

“I love the innovation,” he said. “They’re really working on the frontiers.”
