And donations are still being accepted.
The sale will be held on Oct. 2 and 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Donations will be taken on Monday and Tuesday.
This sale offers something for everyone at incredible prices.
Expect a wide array of slightly used, gently worn suits, dresses, pants, jackets, blouses, sweaters, gowns, coats, scarves, shoes, jewelry, handbags and hats, including fashion items seen once on Facebook and therefore unable ever again to be worn by the same person.
Plus, the Boutique section will feature special garments, including formal wear not available elsewhere and not to be missed, for thrifty bargain seekers.
Concurrently, the ever-popular Curio Cottage will host a half-price sale on all merchandise.
Like all Westport Woman’s Club fundraisers, funds raised benefit vital “here and near” charitable organizations and scholarships.
Members of the public wishing to donate clothing or accessories to the sale may do so at the Westport Woman’s Club, 44 Imperial Ave., on Monday or Tuesday from 9 a.m.-noon or 1-4 p.m.
Clothes should be clean, slightly used and on hangers. No broken zippers or buttons; no torn garments. No lingerie, bathing suits, underwear.
Jewelry and accessories should be in wearable condition. Men’s and children’s clothes are accepted as well. All donations are tax deductible.
The Westport Woman’s Club, 44 Imperial Ave., is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
