FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield Rotary Club will host its 29th annual Golf Classic on Monday, Sept. 26, at Brooklawn Country Club in Fairfield.
The four-person scramble tournament will begin at 12:30 p.m. The team fee is $900, and the individual fee is $250. The fee includes green fees, carts, lunch (served at 11 a.m.), cold beverages, and dinner, served at 5:30 p.m.
Golf enthusiasts won't want to miss this opportunity to play golf at the site of numerous USGA Championships, including the U.S. Women’s and U.S. Senior Opens.
In what has become a tradition, the Fairfield Rotary Club stages the tournament to raise proceeds that go toward the grants and scholarship programs that are awarded annually for families in Fairfield and surrounding communities, along with other community service activities.
For additional information about the tournament, contact Bill Llewellyn at (203) 330-0628, or visit www.rotary.org.
