Pedestrian Seriously Injured In Norwalk Hit-And-Run

Police are searching for the person who hit a pedestrian, causing serious injuries and then fled the scene.

The incident took place around 2:41 p.m. Sunday on Strawberry Hill Avenue near Roxbury Road, said Norwalk Police.

Arriving officers located a male victim who was suffering from serious injuries. The victim was transported by ambulance to the Norwalk Hospital, police said.

Investigators described the suspect vehicle as a black Honda SUV, which fled north on Strawberry Hill after striking the victim.
