Bridgeport resident Rachel Ragone, 25, surrendered herself into police custody on Thursday, Nov. 29, after a warrant was issued for her arrest on an assault charge from the Norwalk Superior Court.
According to police, Ragone allegedly strangled and assaulted her victim on Halloween night in Wilton. She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and strangulation.
Following her arraignment, Ragone was released and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Monday, Dec. 10 to respond to the charges.
